To reduce the impact of air pollution, monitoring the concentration of pollutants emitted into the air is mandatory for each chimney of a process. Determination of pollutant concentrations can be used as reference data for evaluating compliance with established emission regulations, and can be used as technical data to determine the efficiency of air pollution control devices.

Emissions Immovable sources such as generators, boilers, chimneys, exhausts, initiators or the like and these can be sources of air pollutants. To find out the amount of pollutant sources that come out of combustion emissions, monitoring efforts must be carried out by taking samples in the form of gases and particulates which are the output of the combustion system. AAS Laboratory has a well-trained and experienced team to conduct emission testing for various pollutants, including :

  1. Particulate
  2. Combustion Gas (O2, CO2, CO, NOx, SO2)
  3. Gases (HF, HCl, H2S, NH3, Cl2)
  4. Metals (As, Cd, Cr, Pb, Hg, Tl, Zn, Ni)
  5. Dioxin/Furan (PCDD's & PCDF's), PCB, PAH
  6. Hydrocarbons

To be able to serve the needs of emission testing, AAS Laboratory uses international and national standard testing methods (USEPA and SNI) in accordance with regulatory references. AAS Laboratory has instruments (isokinetic sampler) and gas analyzer with high accuracy that can produce quality data.
